Gelco Textiles is an upstream, B2B apparel supply company focused exclusively on designing category‑defining garment systems for the imprintable apparel market. We do not operate as a consumer brand, sell retail, or generate consumer demand. Our role is to engineer garments that make downstream selling easier, more repeatable, and scalable for screen printers, promotional product companies, merchandise buyers, and distributors. Gelco’s go‑to‑market approach is intentionally disciplined and pull‑based: we reveal and support demand that already exists, allowing our partners to lead the relationship while we provide the infrastructure that makes programs work at scale.
History
Founded by Bashu Delco and Gerald Turner, Gelco evolved from the patented 2Tone concept, originally incorporated in 2009 and protected by U.S. Design Patent USD743221S1. The proprietary dual‑tone garment construction introduced a new way for apparel to carry visual recognition at the garment level—prior to decoration.
2Tone’s first collegiate license was Arizona State University, leading to broader adoption across the collegiate market. Over time, 2Tone garments were licensed and decorated for more than 50 colleges nationwide, appearing in campus bookstores, retail locations, and licensed apparel programs across the United States.

The founders started repositioning the business in late Q4 2025 as Gelco, transitioning 2Tone from a consumer‑facing brand into an upstream garment category.
Today, Gelco operates exclusively B2B. The company contracts manufacturing, retains control of garment architecture and quality standards, and supplies decorators, license holders, and select distributors with products built to move efficiently through distribution.
